Meet Cory

Cory Haywood is a professional fitness trainer, weight loss specialist, and bodybuilding coach. He's also a certified stretch therapist with years of experience helping others improve their flexibility and range of motion. 

Cory began his journey in 2012, at Gold’s Gym (Long Beach, CA), where he quickly became one of the most effective and highest-earning fitness trainers throughout his district. He moved on in 2013 to become the personal training director at LA Fitness in Torrance, CA. 

In this role, he generated tens of thousands for the company, and he mentored several aspiring trainers during his tenure. As time went on, Cory eventually launched a private training business and coaching program. He continues to share his guidance and expertise with dozens of people throughout the Los Angeles area. It’s his mission to help others achieve their fitness and nutrition goals.

He’s dedicated his life to these tasks.
